This meticulous process seamlessly integrates design, manual assembly, and testing to deliver indispensable components for diverse electronic applications.
Manual pull-check fixtures
Manual pull check fixtures play a critical role in ensuring precise terminal insertion in wiring harness manufacturing. Properly pushing the terminal into the designated cavity, feeling the click sound (indicating terminal latch locking), and then pulling it back ensures a secure fit within the connector latch. These fixtures perform a pull check with a force typically set at 45 Newton, and for specific connectors like fuse boxes, or special sizes, the force may be adjusted to 810 Newton.
Geometry Check cum Clip fixing Board
Geometry check cum clips fixing/detection station Ensuring proper geometry and clip position is a crucial aspect of the wiring harness assembly. This station performs essential checks, including detecting missing or excess branches, cutting off clips/straps, verifying the presence of the correct clip/straps, and confirming the orientation of clips. Detected issues, such as missing clips/straps/branches or excess branches, are displayed on a user-friendly monitor. Program selection can be done manually or automatically, and upon successful completion, labels can be printed.
